How do I restore my purchases?
Go to the Settings menu in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.
My game progress was lost. Can you recover it?
If you had cloud sync enabled, your progress should restore automatically when you sign back in. If you were playing offline only, unfortunately I cannot recover local data that has been deleted.
The app is crashing. What should I do?
First, try restarting the app. If that doesn't work, check for updates in your app store. If the problem persists, please email me with your device model and OS version, and I'll investigate.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete all local game data by uninstalling the app. If you've used cloud features and want your cloud data deleted, please email me at privacy@cbcgames.dev.
