By downloading, installing, or using any Crumb Bling Castle application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and their respective terms apply.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. I DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRUMB BLING CASTLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Changes to the App

I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. I shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. I encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
